This project is co-financed by Nordic Innovation through the Nordic Welfare Solutions program. Nordic Welfare Solutions is one of six flagship projects that makes up the five Nordic prime ministers’ initiative Nordic Solutions to Global Challenges, which is coordinated by the Nordic Council of Ministers.

At the beginning of 2017, Nordic Innovation launched the Nordic Welfare Solutions project. The project runs from 2017 to 2019, and aims to showcase and export Nordic health and welfare solutions to the rest of the world.

The Nordic coorporation in the field of healthcare relies heavily on innovation. That means that the Nordic countries share new ideas, new research, new technology, new solutions and work together in an extensive Nordic corporation to make this as best as possible for the patients. The patient is in the center of the development of healthcare in the Nordic countries. The patient is also at the center of his and her own healthcare. This implies sharing of information, transparency and the respect of the integrity of the individual. Learn more about the Nordic Solutions to Global Challenges in the video below.
